How much will fit into the shred bag?
You can fit about 25 pounds into these bags. That is about the same as 1 standard office banker box that is used for files storage. Depending how you stack, and organize your document, you may be able to fit more. We don’t mind if you make the bags extra heavy, we do not charge extra for heavy bags like our competitors. If it fits, we will Honestly Destroy it. Its that simple.
I just tear up my documents, is that good enough?

Do I really need to shred my documents?
YES! YES! You need to shred every document or piece of JUNK mail these days. You may not know it, but once you place your trash on the curb, ANYONE can go through it, and there is nothing to stop them, no laws or anything. They can help themselves to your JUNK mail, and credit card offers, and that is all they need to steal your identity. Ask yourself this, do you use Antivirus on your computer? If you do, then you are smart, and you are protecting your self from a potential virus. Same for shredding, you want to protect yourself from identity thief’s, and one of the many ways to help with that is document shredding. The shredding bags are the easiest way to do this. Keep a bag at home, and dump all documents into it that need shredding, even your JUNK mail. When its full, just drop it off, and we will take it from there.

I have placed my order online, when do I get my bags?
All orders are shipped US Priority Mail, and will typically come next day. We have a cut off of 2pm PST. If you place an order before 2pm PST, we will get it out same day. Orders placed after 2pm, will go out next day. Orders only ship on business days as dictated by the US Postal Service. Orders placed over the weekend, will be mailed the next business day, typically Monday.
Can I buy my bags in person, or is it only online?
You are welcome to get bags in person during our business hours. We are located at 1430 E Sixth Street Corona CA 92879. We are open 6 days a week, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Saturday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. If you are just looking to buy shred bags, you can park in our customer parking, and come directly to the cashier window. You do not need to wait in line for the scales. The price for the bags is the same in person, as it is online. We take credit cards, or cash, and you get the bags immediately.
Ok, so I have bought the bag, how much more to shred my documents?
We charge nothing more to shred your documents. Once you buy the bag, you have already paid for the shredding. Now its up to you to drop the bag off for shredding. The cost of the bag includes the cost to shred.
I am a business and I have lots and lots of boxes, can you help me?
Of course! Yes, if you have more then 36 standard banker boxes, we do offer pickups for a very competitive price. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an estimate.
Do you pick up at my house?
We do not pick up the shred bags at your home currently, once you fill it, you will need to bring it to All Shred for shredding. We are located at 1430 E Sixth Street Corona CA 92879. We are open 6 days a week, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Saturday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. You do not need to wait in line to drop off your bags. Come directly to our cashier window, and place it in our drop box.
I have more then 20 boxes to shred, is there a bulk rate?
Yes, we offer a bulk box rate for 20 boxes or more. Please contact email@example.com for an estimate.
Ok, I want to buy your shredding bag, when do I need to return it?
You have as much time as you need to return your bag. We don’t have any time requirement.
Where do we bring the bag for shredding?
You return the bag to our facility here in Corona at 1430 E Sixth Street Corona CA 92879. We are open 6 days a week, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Saturday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. If you are just dropping of the shred bag, there is no need to wait in line. Our drop off box is just to the left of the cashier window. Its self service, so you just need to place your bag in the return box, and lift the handle. Just like you are mailing a package at the post office.
Do we get a Certificate of Destruction?
Yes, for no extra charge, we give you a Certificate of Destruction. There is a form on each bag you fill out with your name, email, bag barcode number, and phone number. We have to be able to read your email, so by providing a phone number, we are able to call you if your email bounces. If your bags does not have the form, please ask the cashier BEFORE you put your bag in our drop box and we will provide you the form.
What’s your return policy?
Return any of our bags, unused, in resalable condition — within 30 days of purchase we will provide a full refund.
Do you ship overseas?
No we do not ship overseas. This is local Corona California based service, that requires you to bring us your documents in person for shredding. We do offer pick up for large volume. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an estimate.
